Job Summary

MILER XPRESS INC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large caseload. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
