PSC Group is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive the company's growth in the Canadian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Represent PSC Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and market presence in Canada.
- Collaborate with our senior management team to ensure alignment of business development strategies and objectives.
- Provide regular reports on market conditions, sales progress, and business development activities.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Canadian market.
- Proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key industry sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
