Job Summary:

S.i. Systèmes is seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Bilingual Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations support team, you will be responsible for providing troubleshooting and incident resolution in support of computer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workstations, laptops, docking stations, and other computer equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with desktop users to identify and resolve technical difficulties.
  • Reproduce, diagnose, and analyze problems reported by end-users, and formulate solutions to resolve the issue.
  • Provide training and advice to users on optimal computer operation and software usage.
  • Organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other Desktop Support personnel.
  • Set up and deploy IT equipment for new employees.
  • Train users in software and operating systems.
  • Address and resolve incoming tickets from users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assess recurring issues and create automated processes where possible.
  • Support the shipping and receiving of IT equipment to end-users.
  • Support Smart Phones (e.g. Android) for MFA (Multi-factor Authentication).
  • Perform end-user device re-imaging, installation, upgrade, relocation, and removals.
  • Support hardware moves and relocation projects as required.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in an operations support capacity.
  • Enhanced Reliability Clearance or higher.
  • Bilingual.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Federal Government Experience.
