LOGISTICS SUPPORT SPECIALIST DESCRIPTION

This role is essential for providing comprehensive support to our warehouse, delivery, and technical teams. The Logistics Support Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency of our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Manage order processing and delivery of coffee and related products to clients along a designated route;
  2. Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, picking, and loading products;
  3. Fill in for team members during vacations and absences in the delivery and warehouse sectors;
  4. Offer support to the operations team as required;
  5. Maintain precise inventory records in the delivery vehicle;
  6. Ensure adequate stock levels in the vehicle and at client locations, rotating inventory as necessary;
  7. Conduct cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment;
  8. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding products or services;
  9. Perform additional tasks as assigned, including upkeep of shared spaces and assisting with the organization of equipment and supplies.
