Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Receptionist for our downtown Investment Management client on a contract basis for 12 to 16 months.

About the Role

This is a fulfilling opportunity with a dynamic company that values their employees. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering and directing phone calls, entering and tracking building maintenance requests, assisting with expense reports, booking meeting rooms, filing and copying/scanning, maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering accordingly, and caring for the lobby area and reception desk.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience operating a multi-line phone system
  • Self-motivated and able to work well independently
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a professional composure
  • Polished and professional in presentation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
