Lombardi Media Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join our team.

As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer calls and emails, and escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed.

This role offers a competitive starting hourly wage of $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience, and eligibility for medical and dental benefits after 6 months of employment.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Excellent computer literacy and typing skills (at least 35 WPM)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
