Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lombardi Media Corporation. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide product information and explain the costs of products offered
- Log complaints and investigate issues
- Access and process customer information
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Reliable and high school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Excellent computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing
- Strong listening and communication skills
