Job Summary

SKYROCK CONSULTING SERVICE INC. is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience.
  • Accounting or finance experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
