**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team at Johnson Electric. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in our high-volume manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and systems.
- Repair and maintain existing electrical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot electrical issues to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant safety protocols and industry standards.
**Requirements:**
- A Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A) and relevant industrial experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in repair and maintenance of CNC machining and automated assembly applications in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on technical skills with respect to electrical assembly, machine repair, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, PLC, Fanuc robots, and CNC-based control and logic systems.
- Understanding of automotive systems and quality requirements based on Quality Operating Systems.
- Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization.
