We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. This is a temporary opportunity with a duration of 2 weeks.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, including greeting visitors, managing communications, and assisting with various tasks. If you have excellent multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for organization, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors warmly, answer phone calls, manage email inquiries, and maintain a clean reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, organizing meetings, and preparing documents.
- Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and schedule meetings for management and staff.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment and supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Literacy in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
- Prior experience in a corporate or professional office environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Competitive hourly rate: $20/hour.
