Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Brar Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Implementation

Develop and implement menu plans that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Cash Handling and Inventory Management

Manage cash handling and inventory procedures to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.

Staff Supervision and Development

Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Customer Service and Relations

Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing and Promotions

Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.

Financial Management

Manage financial records, including cash handling, inventory, and sales data, to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
