MADHUBANI CATERING & RESTAURANT INC is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless restaurant operations, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Train and supervise food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire and manage food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
