Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and customers to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Operations and Logistics
- Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage food preparation, inventory, and supply chain to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure that all food and beverage products meet quality control standards and are presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Customer Service and Relations
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the restaurant's financial performance is optimized.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
- Work Environment and Safety
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high standards of quality and presentation. The role will require standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a physically demanding environment.
