Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of multiple QSR locations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
* Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and their teams. Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and employee retention.
* Financial Performance: Analyze sales reports, manage budgets, and develop strategies to achieve financial goals. Monitor inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability.
* Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all locations adhere to company standards in food preparation, cleanliness, and customer service. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
* Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
* Marketing and Promotions: Implement and manage local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales. Work with the marketing team to execute promotions and special events.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of the district, including sales figures, staffing levels, and operational challenges.

Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a multi-unit management role within the QSR industry.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve high performance.
* Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
* Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and senior management.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the district and work flexible hours as needed.
