District Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Leader to join our team at Deramus District of Northwestern Mutual. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our stores and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the operation of stores through store managers and pharmacy managers, ensuring that systems, policies, and procedures are in place and aligned with company standards and pharmacy regulations.
- Provide leadership and motivation to store management, modeling the ICARE and ILEAD principles.
- Oversee human resource activities, including talent management, recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement action plans to drive store performance and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor changes in image, product, and operations, and maintain a full understanding of the impact of competition in the marketplace.
- 8+ years of relevant management experience, with a solid understanding of retail (pharmacy retail in particular).
- Superior planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a role that required making sound decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and empower a large group of people.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Ability to understand, plan, and execute budgets.
