We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team at JS Bellis Ltd., a division of The Municipal Group of Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with superior judgement.
  • Manage phone calls and direct them as needed, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate courier shipments and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Field emails from customers and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Organize and maintain office files and supplies, ensuring a clutter-free and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
