Administrative Support Specialist

At INDIAN ZAIKA, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
- Office Administration: Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Technology: Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent position with 32.5 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English.
