We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Komarket. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into digital databases and spreadsheets, ensuring the integrity and quality of our client information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain organized spreadsheets to track client information and orders.
- Transfer data from paper documents to digital databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Update client information in our database, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Organize and verify existing data in spreadsheets, making any necessary changes to records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or specialist.
- Accurate typing skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Basic understanding of databases and data management.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- High school degree or equivalent.
