Job Summary:

At Headquarters Restaurant & Bar, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar.


Key Responsibilities:


  •  Supervise other workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  •  Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and management.
  •  Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to staff and management.
  •  Answer electronic enquiries from staff, management, and customers.
  •  Order office supplies and maintain inventory for the restaurant and bar.
  •  Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas as needed.
  •  Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems for the restaurant and bar.
  •  Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents for the restaurant and bar.
  •  Perform data entry for the restaurant and bar.


Requirements:


  •  Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  •  Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.


Computer and Technology Knowledge:


  •  MS Excel.
  •  MS Windows.
  •  MS Word.
  •  MS Office.
  •  Electronic mail.


Security and Safety:


  •  Bondable.
  •  Basic security clearance.


Transportation/Travel Information:


  •  Own transportation.
