Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Coordinator and Administrative Support Specialist. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
- Managing the flow of information within the team
- Handling mail and other materials
- Planning and organizing daily operations
- Determining and establishing office procedures and routines
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing contracts
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
- Responding to employee questions and complaints
- Arranging travel and making reservations
- Greeting visitors and directing them to contacts or service areas
- Preparing correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Performing data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to train and learn new skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
