Under the direction of the Office Manager, this department is responsible for registering the largest quantity of certificates received from our dealerships.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Registering Chemical, Tire, Etch and Mechanical Breakdown certificates daily.
- Recognizing and forwarding problem certificates to the respective Administration Department for underwriting completion; certificates registered under business name only, unsigned certificates, manual changes to the certificates that are not initialed, effective date issues, confirmation of coverage letters needed, previously remitted certificates and more.
- Other duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Grade 12.
- Basic/Intermediate/Advanced skill with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Experience working in AS400, is an asset.
- Fluent in English with proven skills in verbal and written communication.
- Keyboarding 40+ words per minute.
