A Career Opportunity
As an Indigenous Commercial Banking Specialist, you will play a key role in our team's success by providing exceptional client service and financial solutions. You will be working with account teams to support client acquisition, relationship management, and credit processes.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Relationship Managers to execute business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
- Conducting thorough industry, client, and prospect research to evaluate business opportunities and prepare analyses.
- Assessing client needs and proposing tailored financial and strategic solutions.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, including valuation techniques and cash flow analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience working in a team environment and independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, plus benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, and an employee share purchase plan. We also offer a hybrid work environment tailored to your success.
