We are currently seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients. As the Front Desk Coordinator, you are an essential part of the business. You have exceptional communication skills, the ability to multi-task and problem solve and excel in providing outstanding customer service
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, answering customer inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate area or individual.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist clients in taking payments, preparing and gathering orders and providing information on our printing and promotional products as needed.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including maintaining the ATS system, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Organize and prepare deliveries, manage the delivery schedule daily
- **Communication**:
- Effectively communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Relay important messages and information to relevant staff members promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Administrator/Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a printing or promotional company is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures.
**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
