Invictus Direct: Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Invictus Direct in Montreal, QC.

About the Role

As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and holding product demonstrations.

You will conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, staying informed about developments in the Construction, Real Estate, and/or Building Controls and Integration sectors.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and occasional in-person meetings, to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in English and French with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Construction, Real Estate, or Building Controls and Integration industries (asset).
  • General knowledge regarding the Information Technology space (asset).
