We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at YashCan Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The Administration Officer will work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan for office services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work well under pressure
