About the Role

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for opening and distributing mail, maintaining inventory, and ordering office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office supplies and inventory.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet visitors in a professional manner.

  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour work week. The work language is English.
