Your Role
You'll be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Customer Success Business Developer, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure seamless project execution. Your primary goal will be to foster long-term relationships, identify opportunities for upselling services, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage project schedules to deliver customer projects from sale phase to completion, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and contributing on schedule.
- Develop and execute proactive customer engagement strategies to drive product adoption, training, and renewals, ultimately leading to ongoing revenue growth.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to build strong, long-term business relationships and promote customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve set KPIs and drive business outcomes.
- Leverage industry-leading tools to manage business operations effectively.
- Onboard new customers onto our platform, partnering with stakeholders to set up project deliverables.
- Lead project lifecycles, including planning, kickoff meetings, timelines, milestone reviews, communications, invoicing, and deliverables.
- Work closely with sales and support teams to solidify customer relationships and address needs throughout the onboarding process and ongoing engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling services and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure a strong customer experience.
- Escalate issues blocking value realization and rally the organization to resolve them promptly.
- Monitor and generate data-driven metrics to set and manage project performance based on deliverables, timelines, resources, quality, and other measurable dimensions.
