We power the largest online capital raises for customers like the Green Bay Packers ($65M), Miso Robotics ($72M+), Monogram Orthopaedics (Nasdaq:MGRM), and many others, with 3 IPOs in the past year alone.

About You
You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
You possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
Your Impact
- Create and manage project schedules to deliver customer projects from the sale phase through raise complete phase, ensuring all necessary stakeholders are involved and contributing on schedule.
- Develop and execute proactive customer engagement strategies to drive product adoption, training, and renewals, ultimately resulting in ongoing revenue growth.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to foster long-term business relationships.
- Work towards and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set to drive business outcomes.
- Leverage tools defined by leadership to manage business operations.
- Assist with customer onboarding on the DealMaker tech platform and collaborate with key stakeholders to set up Raise(project) deliverables.
- Lead all phases of the Raise(project) lifecycle, including Raise(project) plan creation, kickoffs, timelines, milestone meetings, communications, invoicing, and deliverables.
- Partner with the sales and support teams to solidify customer relationships and ensure their needs are met throughout initial onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling services and engage the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a strong customer experience.
- Escalate issues blocking deliverables and value realization, rallying the organization to support and resolve them as soon as possible.
- Generate and monitor data-driven Raise(Project) metrics to set and manage project performance based on deliverables, timelines, resources, quality, and other measurable dimensions.
Your Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing customer relationships to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Strong detail orientation and experience using tools like Monday.com or any other project/deliverable management tools.
- Ability to think creatively and improve processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
