About You

You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Your Impact

  1. Create and manage project schedules to deliver customer projects from the sale phase through raise complete phase, ensuring all necessary stakeholders are involved and contributing on schedule.
  2. Develop and execute proactive customer engagement strategies to drive product adoption, training, and renewals, ultimately resulting in ongoing revenue growth.
  3. Manage a portfolio of accounts to foster long-term business relationships.
  4. Work towards and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set to drive business outcomes.
  5. Leverage tools defined by leadership to manage business operations.
  6. Assist with customer onboarding on the DealMaker tech platform and collaborate with key stakeholders to set up Raise(project) deliverables.
  7. Lead all phases of the Raise(project) lifecycle, including Raise(project) plan creation, kickoffs, timelines, milestone meetings, communications, invoicing, and deliverables.
  8. Partner with the sales and support teams to solidify customer relationships and ensure their needs are met throughout initial onboarding and ongoing engagement.
  9. Identify opportunities for upselling services and engage the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  10. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a strong customer experience.
  11. Escalate issues blocking deliverables and value realization, rallying the organization to support and resolve them as soon as possible.
  12. Generate and monitor data-driven Raise(Project) metrics to set and manage project performance based on deliverables, timelines, resources, quality, and other measurable dimensions.

Your Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated experience in managing and developing customer relationships to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Ability to work in a high-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  3. Effective organizational and time management skills.
  4. Strong detail orientation and experience using tools like Monday.com or any other project/deliverable management tools.
  5. Ability to think creatively and improve processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  6. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
