Job Description

Cander 2020 is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent position working 35-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and manage staffing requirements to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Screen and recruit top talent from various educational institutions and sources.
  • Contact potential candidates to arrange interviews and assess their suitability for available positions.
  • Notify applicants of the outcome of the selection process and prepare job offers as needed.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and facilitate staff training programs.
  • Supervise personnel clerks in performing administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and record-keeping.
  • Recruit and hire staff members who align with our company's values and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Possess efficient interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Exercise sound judgement in making informed decisions that benefit the organization.
  • Show a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
