About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Director (Janitorial), reporting to the District Manager, you will provide full oversight of services and leadership of our team of staff.

In this role, you will be client-facing and responsible for the successful execution of the scope of the project as well as delivering on key deliverables for our company, including managing profit and loss, human resources, operational excellence, and the health and safety of our employees.

  • Ensures a visible Account-level presence to foster and maintain effective working relationships with all Clients.
  • Aligns key Dexterra contacts with like positions or titles within the client organization and creates a relationship matrix (Web of Influence).
  • Ability to communicate performance expectations, monitor and reward performance to ensure plans, goals, and budgets are met.
  • Acts as a talent scout using networks to help identify, recruit, and vet proposed Dexterra People.
  • Ensures succession plans are regularly reviewed and plans for career growth are supported by a personal development plan.
  • Has a strategic selling mindset and utilizes the Miller Heiman sales methodology and process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management.
  2. A Federal Government Security Clearance is required.
  3. An awareness of technical elements needed to deliver services support.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
