Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agricultural Laboratory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing samples for analysis, pipetting sample solutions into tubes or plates, preparing media and broth for pathogen testing, and setting up equipment and materials needed for analysis.

Additionally, the Senior Agricultural Laboratory Specialist will support corporate quality and continuous improvement processes, perform housekeeping duties, and adhere to all safety policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Microbiology or related field required.
  • 1+ years of work experience in QC or Lab, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing facility.
  • Excellent analytical laboratory skills, detail-oriented, and good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and remain calm under pressure.
