About the Role


As an Inbound Dispatcher and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of inbound shipments. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.



Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and Schedule Inbound Shipments: Ensure on-time deliveries and maintain accurate records of shipments and driver availability.
  • Monitor Driver Locations and Routes: Optimize schedules to maximize productivity and communicate with drivers to resolve any issues encountered on the road.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with operations and customer service teams to resolve any delivery or scheduling issues.
  • Utilize Dispatch Software: Use GPS tracking to monitor load progress and build strong relationships with drivers and carriers.


Requirements and Qualifications



  • Experience: Preferably in trucking, logistics, or dispatching, but not required.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with Regulations: Knowledge of Ontario and U.S. transportation regulations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work well under pressure and think critically.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude and strong team-player mentality are necessary for success in this role.
