Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join the Dean Group team. As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing inventory across all facilities, ensuring efficient communication with teams in Planning, QA, Customer Service, and Logistics.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of $57,500 - $62,500 per annum, depending on experience. This is a 12-month contract position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage inventory movements and levels to support demand.
  2. Monitor and report on inventory across multiple ERP systems.
  3. Coordinate HPP requirements and issue/modify purchase orders.
  4. Analyze inventory reports, identify risks, and implement solutions.
  5. Perform regular inventory reconciliations and spot checks.
  6. Support logistics and annual inventory counts.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a food processing environment.
  • ERP/SAP experience.
  • Inventory experience with freezer shipping/warehouse operations.
  • Strong Excel skills for data manipulation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
