Inventory Control Coordinator

Contract: 12-month contract.

Salary: $55-$60K depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM


We’re looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage inventory across all facilities and ensure efficient communication with teams in Planning, QA, Customer Service, and Logistics to meet customer demand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory movements and levels to support demand
  • Monitor and report on inventory across multiple ERP systems
  • Coordinate HPP requirements and issue/modify purchase orders
  • Analyze inventory reports, identify risks, and implement solutions
  • Perform regular inventory reconciliations and spot checks
  • Support logistics and annual inventory counts
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a food processing environment
  • ERP/SAP experience
  • Inventory experience with freezer shipping/warehouse operations
  • Strong Excel skills for data manipulation
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
