Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic payroll initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive innovation and improvement in payroll processes.
  • Manage benefits programs, including extended Health and Dental plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership team to develop and implement effective payroll strategies.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Payroll experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Experience using Workday (preferred)
- US or Global payroll experience (preferred)
