About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding role, you'll build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building trust with customers through active listening and empathy
  • Delivering solutions that meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Explaining complex banking concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrating success in a target-based performance environment, as well as contributing positively to a team-oriented work environment
  • Showing enthusiasm for learning and determination to succeed
Requirements

  • Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
  • The ability to work in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • A flexible schedule to meet customer needs
  • Comfortable handling simple sales situations
