Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Mary Brown's Peterborough. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
- Employee Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees, address grievances, and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer benefits programs, analyze compensation data, and make recommendations to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
- HR Operations: Oversee payroll administration, manage employee data, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000 per year.
