Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Mary Brown's Peterborough. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgetary Responsibility: Manage a budget of $100,001 - $500,000 to ensure effective use of resources.
- Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recruitment and Selection: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee communications, and performance management.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Fluency in English.

35 hours per week, permanent position.
