Human Resources Manager

Mary Brown's Peterborough is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage contracts
- Manage training and development strategies
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Oversee development of communication strategies
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Advise senior management
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Oversee payroll administration
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- 3-4 years of experience in human resources
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
