Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at VP Protection Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning: Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for a team of staff, including performance reviews and recruitment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
