About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Hanna's Bakery Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that the sales floor is adequately staffed
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure that the sales floor is adequately staffed at all times
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the sales floor is always stocked with the latest products
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Manage cash and make change as needed
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure that all staff members are paid accurately and on time
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure that sales staff are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Ability to supervise and train staff members
  • Ability to manage cash and make change
  • Ability to oversee payroll administration
  • Ability to conduct performance reviews
Work Setting

This role is based in a wholesale establishment/store and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Language

The primary language spoken in this role is English.Hours of Work

This role requires the ability to work 40 to 44 hours per week.
