Job Summary

MTC Auto Sales is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
