Sales Team Lead

MTC Auto Sales is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular sales updates to management and the sales team.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced sales environment with a high level of customer interaction. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
The Sales Supervisor will be required to work a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet sales targets.
The Sales Supervisor will be required to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and will be expected to provide regular sales updates to management and the sales team.
