Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis

Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, including sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

Issue Resolution

Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and providing information to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Transactions

Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.

Display and Merchandising

Assist in the display and merchandising of products to ensure optimal visual appeal and customer engagement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
