About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at MTC Auto Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve sales performance
    • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure team members are meeting expectations
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals through effective sales techniques and strategies
  • Inventory Management and Organization
    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
    • Organize and maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
