We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 14137493 CANADA INC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail store team and driving sales growth through effective management of store operations, staff, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and management staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage inventory, and maintain a strong visual merchandising presentation.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, monitor sales and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively.
