Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Store Manager is a key role at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween, responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective store operations. This includes managing expenses, controlling shrinkage, and overseeing human resources and merchandising teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain Guest Services standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Manage store expenses, including labor costs, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve store profitability.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 21.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Ability to work in excess of 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
