Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at SOO SOLUTIONS INC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, and ensure that they are properly displayed and marketed.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of sales associates and other store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage the store's budget, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role, or equivalent experience.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, analytical, integrity, positive attitude, proactive, time management, client focus, judgement, organized, team player, ability to multitask.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The store is open 35 hours per week, and the successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
