Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, manage merchandise displays, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, reconciliations, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
