- Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed about store policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, including district and divisional resources, to ensure that store goals and objectives are aligned with company-wide initiatives.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or retail management.
- 4-10 years of experience in retail management, including experience in leading teams and managing store operations.
- Results-oriented leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights and weekends.
